While we do our best efforts to ensure accurate representation of our products in all photographs, actual colour may differ slightly from what appears online due to monitor differences. 

As measurements stated are hand-measured, please allow for 1-2 cm measurement tolerance.

If you spot any discrepancies on our webpage, kindly contact us using the "Message us" button at the bottom right corner of the page. We will make the necessary corrections in the shortest time possible.

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from date of purchase.

Blove will check for the condition of all products prior to delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, or with defect, please immediately contact us at boop@kpetneeds.com.sg or through the WhatsApp/Telegram button at the bottom right corner of the page with a photo and detailed description of the defect.

Returns are only accepted for incorrect or defective item, or item grossly misrepresented in product listings.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The return item needs to be properly packed and returned to us via a traceable mode of delivery within 7 working days.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will check and update you on the outcome of the return within 3 days.

Returns or exchanges due to change of mind are not accepted, hence, please check the details of your order thoroughly before checking out.

A refund on the original amount paid for the returned item will only be available if your returned item is out-of-stock.
If your refund request is approved, a credit refund of the full invoice value will be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Blove reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund if the requirements are not met. In case of dispute, Blove will have the right to make the final decision with no exceptions.
